在工業區裡， 原本制式、冰冷的 OA 辦公家具空間，
被重新定義為一間具有氣場的總經理辦公室。

In an industrial district, a once standardized and impersonal office furnished with conventional OA systems has been redefined as an executive office with presence and character.

止行間沒有從「裝修」開始思考，
而是從空間氣質與使用情境重新建構。

Rather than approaching the project merely as a renovation, Zeal Practise began by reconsidering the atmosphere of the space and the way it would be used.

深色木質調包覆整體視覺，
搭配石材檯面與大板磚，
讓材料本身成為空間的語言，
沉穩、內斂，卻充滿份量。

Dark wood tones wrap the overall visual composition, paired with stone countertops and large-format tiles. Here, materials themselves become the language of the space—calm, restrained, yet carrying a distinct sense of weight and presence.

百葉簾篩落的自然光，
在牆面與桌面之間留下戲劇性的光影變化，
讓辦公室在一天不同時段，呈現不同的表情。

Filtered through the blinds, natural light falls gently into the room, casting dramatic shadows across walls and surfaces. As daylight shifts throughout the day, the office reveals different expressions, creating a subtle dialogue between light and material.

這裡不再只是「辦公」的場所，
而是一個可以同時承載 ——
決策、思考、會談與接待的整合場域。

This space is no longer simply a place for “work.” Instead, it functions as an integrated environment capable of accommodating decision-making, focused thinking, meetings, and guest reception.

辦公區與接待區被巧妙地融合在同一空間中，
透過動線與家具尺度的安排，
讓場景可以依照使用需求自然轉換。

The working area and reception zone are thoughtfully integrated within the same space. Through careful planning of circulation and furniture scale, the setting can naturally shift according to different functional needs.

低調沉穩，是這個空間的主要調性；
靈活運用，是這個空間真正的價值。

Quiet confidence defines the atmosphere of the space, while flexibility becomes its true value.

從制式 OA 到具有氣度的辦公場域，

止行間透過材料色調與光影掌握，
為業主打造出更符合身份與情境的工作空間。
From a conventional OA office to a workspace with presence and character, Zeal Practise reshaped the environment through the careful orchestration of material tones and light, creating a workplace that better reflects the client’s identity and the demands of leadership.
