在工業區裡，

原本制式、冰冷的 OA 辦公家具空間，

被重新定義為一間具有氣場的總經理辦公室。


In an industrial district, a once standardized and impersonal office furnished with conventional OA systems has been redefined as an executive office with presence and character.


止行間沒有從「裝修」開始思考，

而是從空間氣質與使用情境重新建構。


Rather than approaching the project merely as a renovation, Zeal Practise began by reconsidering the atmosphere of the space and the way it would be used.

深色木質調包覆整體視覺，

搭配石材檯面與大板磚，

讓材料本身成為空間的語言，

沉穩、內斂，卻充滿份量。
Dark wood tones wrap the overall visual composition, paired with stone countertops and large-format tiles. Here, materials themselves become the language of the space—calm, restrained, yet carrying a distinct sense of weight and presence.


百葉簾篩落的自然光，

在牆面與桌面之間留下戲劇性的光影變化，

讓辦公室在一天不同時段，呈現不同的表情。


Filtered through the blinds, natural light falls gently into the room, casting dramatic shadows across walls and surfaces. As daylight shifts throughout the day, the office reveals different expressions, creating a subtle dialogue between light and material.

這裡不再只是「辦公」的場所，

而是一個可以同時承載 ——

決策、思考、會談與接待的整合場域。


This space is no longer simply a place for “work.” Instead, it functions as an integrated environment capable of accommodating decision-making, focused thinking, meetings, and guest reception.

辦公區與接待區被巧妙地融合在同一空間中，

透過動線與家具尺度的安排，

讓場景可以依照使用需求自然轉換。
The working area and reception zone are thoughtfully integrated within the same space. Through careful planning of circulation and furniture scale, the setting can naturally shift according to different functional needs.


低調沉穩，是這個空間的主要調性；

靈活運用，是這個空間真正的價值。
Quiet confidence defines the atmosphere of the space, while flexibility becomes its true value.


從制式 OA 到具有氣度的辦公場域，


止行間透過材料色調與光影掌握，

為業主打造出更符合身份與情境的工作空間。

From a conventional OA office to a workspace with presence and character, Zeal Practise reshaped the environment through the careful orchestration of material tones and light, creating a workplace that better reflects the client’s identity and the demands of leadership.

以菜市場餐桌的俯視圖概念為靈感，設計六棟獨立的建築結構，命名「早餐生態圈」。建築運用圓與三角的幾何，與美術館建築相呼應，並透過異材質的融合，呈現從清晨到日落的光影變化，將為人們帶來豐富的視覺時間感體驗，也展現出台南24小時皆可享用早餐的文化理念。


Inspired by the concept of an overhead view of a market dining table,
six independent architectural structures have been designed, named the
"Breakfast Ecosystem." The buildings utilize geometric shapes of
circles and triangles, echoing the design of the art museum. Through the fusion
of diverse materials, the structures showcase the changing light and shadows
from dawn to sunset, providing people with a rich visual experience of time
while also reflecting Tainan's cultural belief in enjoying breakfast 24 hours a
day.


「早餐的山」, 呼應南美館二館的建築地景的山形設計，也呼應設計展「是台南．當是未來」的百業色彩，四百年來的早餐文化，以新穎，年輕，及未來的方式呈現，提供給台南市民完美早餐生活的想像！


"Breakfast Mountain" resonates with the mountainous landscape
design of the Tainan Art Museum's second building and corresponds to the design
exhibition "This is Tainan. It Is the Future," capturing the vibrant
colors of various industries. The breakfast culture that has flourished for 400
years is presented in an innovative, youthful, and futuristic manner, offering
Tainan citizens an imaginative vision of a perfect breakfast lifestyle!

This project is a VIP room in a reception center for a real estate development.


整體建案之建築設計圍繞著自然，環境，與返璞歸真的設計概念。希望在高端住宅市場找到自己的定位。
故，木，與磚之家希望在自然、藝術與住居之中找到平衡。


The overall architectural design of the project revolves around nature, the environment, and the concept of returning to simplicity. The goal is to establish a position in the high-end residential market.

Therefore, the House of Wood and Brick seeks to find a balance among nature, art, and living.


來到貴賓室,就像回到家，感受光影，感受材料的質感，感受家的溫暖，感受家的氣息。


Entering the VIP room feels like coming home, where you can experience light and shadow, appreciate the texture of materials, and feel the warmth and essence of home.


在這裡可以感受到家的放鬆，家的奢華，家的設計，以及一切對家的美好想象....

本案的業主是一對新婚夫妻，基地現況是新完工的2-3房小戶型公寓，對於理想中的“家”，業主希望整體的風格是極簡利落的，也希望房子可以好打理，夫妻兩人平時生活的主要場域會是公共區域，所以希望設計完成時可以讓夫妻兩人共享舒服自在的空間，同時在有限的預算中做出滿足日常生活所需的設計。


The
owner of this case is a newlywed couple. The current situation is a newly
completed 2-3 bedroom small apartment. For their ideal "home," the
owners want a minimalist and clean style that is easy to maintain. Since the
couple mainly lives in the common areas, they hope the design can create a
comfortable and cozy space for them to share, while also meeting their daily
life needs within a limited budget.

利用原本的空間，將入戶玄關與餐廚區整合成一個回家的過渡空間，以深灰色作為空間主色調，作為功能性、心情轉換的空間。


Utilizing
the original space, the entrance foyer and dining area are integrated into a
transitional space for returning home, using deep gray as the main color to
create a functional and mood-changing space.

客廳及開放式書房則是以暖白色調將空間營造出放大的層次感，深灰色及白色空間都用著相同的設計細節“階梯”來呼喚空間中的功能性元素如，柱，梁，入口，壁龕，等設計。

The living room and open study are
designed with warm white tones to create an enlarged sense of space. Both the
deep gray and white spaces use the same design detail of "steps" to
highlight functional elements in the space, such as columns, beams, entrances,
and niches.

Q.TEA是Q哥旗下新創品牌飲料店。Q哥3C主營iPhone手機買賣，維修及周邊產品之服務。本案擷取了Q哥「分享」的企業精神，以社區「資訊站」為靈感進行設計。希望給居民分享空間，分享新鮮，分享美好，並傳遞Q哥的服務理念。


Q.TEA is a
new brand of beverage shop under Q Ge. Q Ge's main business is buying, selling, repairing, and providing
services for iPhone mobile phones and related products. This project extracts
the corporate spirit of Q Ge, focusing on "sharing," and is designed
with the community "information station" as inspiration. It aims to
provide residents with a space to share, to share freshness, to share beauty,
and to convey Q Ge 's service philosophy.

Q.TEA位於台南住宅文教區的一棟小鐵皮屋的一樓。這棟鐵皮建築物兩面臨路，是典型的三角窗基地。一樓的店鋪長達二十多年是作為藥局的存在，在改造前，只保留結構，將外立面及室內部分進行拆除，希望賦予這座城市中的建築物新的使命及定位。


Q.TEA is located on the ground floor of a small tin house in the
residential and cultural district of Tainan. This tin building faces two roads
and is a typical street corner store location. The shop on the ground floor had
been a pharmacy for over twenty years. Before the renovation, only the
structure was retained, with the facade and interior partially demolished,
aiming to give this building in the city a new mission and positioning.

黑色瓷磚為外立面的主要材料，不鏽鋼與玻璃組成的單元嵌入其中形成了大面積的開窗，入口，以及座位區，提供了許多建築本身與社區互動的機會。尤其到了夜晚，車水馬龍的時刻，室內的燈光設計將周邊點亮，隨時歡迎著路過的人，來喝一杯，解放一天的疲憊。這座點綴了黑色寶石般的城市紀念物，不僅實現了飲料店的功能，更為附近的居民帶來了更多對於社區「資訊站」意義的期許。


Black tiles are the main material for the facade, with units made of
stainless steel and glass embedded to create large windows, entrances, and
seating areas, providing many opportunities for the building itself to interact
with the community. Especially at night, during the bustling traffic, the
interior lighting design illuminates the surroundings, welcoming passersby to
have a drink and relieve the fatigue of the day. This city landmark,
embellished with black jewels, not only fulfills the functions of a beverage
shop but also brings more expectations for the meaning of a community
"information station" to the nearby residents.

特別設計的黑色磁磚外立面搭配大面積窗口，點綴著訂製不鏽鋼燈具，招牌，室外座位區，及入口折疊門，為建築物打造出了率性時尚的氛圍，同時將室內外的界限進一步的模糊，來到此的人都可以隨時坐下來喝杯飲料，滑手機休息片刻。


The featured
black tile facade, paired with large windows, is adorned with custom stainless
steel lighting fixtures, signages, outdoor seating areas, and folding entrance
doors, creating a casual and stylish atmosphere for the building. It further
blurs the boundaries between indoor and outdoor spaces, allowing people to sit
down and have a drink, and rest and check their phones at any time.

進到室內，上下兩座形不鏽鋼的圓弧設計迎接四面八方的顧客。室內共分為三個區域，工作區，內用區及3C區。工作區為U型不鏽鋼操作台，兩側為飲料製作區域，搭配與操作台對應的不鏽鋼漂浮燈箱，科技感十足，讓人在路口就馬上被吸引。


Upon entering the interior, customers are greeted
by two stainless steel arches, creating an inviting gesture. The interior is
divided into three areas: anoperating space, a dining area, and a 3C area. The
workspace features a U-shaped stainless steel operating counter, with beverage
preparation areas on both sides. The stainless steel floating lightboxes
corresponding to the counter add a futuristic touch, immediately attracting
attention at the intersection.

內用區則是由頂天地的光柱與藍色石材圓盤組合成的吧檯，與窗戶結合的不鏽鋼卡座，搭配著相同設計語彙的定製茶几，不論站著或坐著，都可以有舒服的方式休息放鬆。


The dining
area features a bar counter made of floor-to-ceiling light columns and blue
stone discs, combined with stainless steel card seats integrated with the
windows. It is complemented by custom coffee tables with the same design
language. Whether standing or sitting, customers can relax comfortably in this
area.

 3C區則分享著企業本身專注的手機展示。新款的iPhone手機展示在幾何體塊穿插設計的展示桌上，供人體驗互動。古董的iPhone手機收藏在牆上不鏽鋼定制櫃體中，如精品般的成列，供人懷舊欣賞。每一個區域的設計都希望將細節及質感反映到Q哥對於維修3C的細膩及用心。


The 3C area showcases the company's focus on mobile
phones. The latest iPhone models are displayed on geometrically designed
display tables for interactive experiences. Antique iPhones are collected and
displayed in custom stainless steel cabinets on the wall, arranged like
boutique items for nostalgic appreciation. The design of each area aims to
reflect the details and texture of Q Ge's meticulous and
thoughtful approach to 3C repair.

that echoes the tiled floor, redefining the vertical and horizontal dimensions.
The luminous wall serves as a backdrop, bringing a sense of fashionable
technology into the space. Combining phone displays with drinking beverages and
using phones can also be a stylish affair.

Just like many information centers at a train station, park, or tourist attraction,
this project metaphorically shares the original concept of the building—a
spirit of an information station—with passersby.

木盒子計劃的業主是一對年輕的夫妻，希望將一個位於二層的老舊鐵皮屋改造成為他們的家。這個鐵皮小屋曾經作為攝影棚以及倉庫使用，屋頂還有兩個天窗，因此房屋雖舊但空間高挑且寬敞明亮。


The owners of this apartment are a young couple
hoping to convert a warehouse into their residence. This attic was previously
utilized as a photoshoot studio and warehouse. With two skylights on the roof,
despite the house's age, it remains tall, spacious, and filled with natural
light.

設計概念是以一個“木盒子”作為多功能居室，結合了睡眠，大容積收納，衣櫃，床臺，書桌的功能，將盒子配置在整體空間的核心。其它的空間如客廳，餐廳，廚房，及玄關則環繞四周，成為了如‘庭園’般的空間，讓使用者仿佛置身庭園遊走的空間體驗。最後回到木盒子休息，將質樸的木盒子，比喻為返璞歸真的居所。


The concept is to use a ‘wooden box’ as a
multi-functional living room, which combines the functions of sleeping,
large-volume storage, wardrobe, bed platform, and office table, and the layout
of the box at the core of the overall space. Other spaces such as the living
room, dining room, kitchen, and foyer are surrounding around, forming a
'garden'-like space, allowing users to experience the space as if they were
walking in the garden. Finally, the people finally return to the wooden box to
rest. The simple wooden box is metaphorically referred to as a place of
returning to simplicity and authenticity.

在改造的時候，在四周圍合起2.7m的白牆，並且將2.7m以下的空間定義為生活起居的空間。而2.7m以上的鐵皮部分不作處理，保留原始的樣貌。同時，也保留了攝影棚功能上的兩個天窗，並將綠植帶入室內，創造一個療愈的環境，四週的白牆放大了空間感，結合深窗臺，讓光影更有張力，與舊有的鐵皮、屋頂架構形成上舊下新的對比。


2.7m tall white walls have been built around the
area, with the space below 2.7m designated as the living area. The original
steel structure and roof above will be preserved in their original state.
Simultaneously, the two skylights that previously served the photography
studio's purpose have been retained, while introducing green plants into the
room to cultivate a therapeutic atmosphere. The encircling white walls enhance
the feeling of space, coupled with the deep windowsills, creating a play of
dramatic light within the area. This approach harmonizes with the aged
elements, where certain iron sheets and roof structures create a striking
juxtaposition between the historical above and the contemporary below.

業主有一些中古家具希望能使用在新家的空間，因此在家裝的搭配上嘗試了現代感的金屬燈具及家具，將新舊結合的氛圍作一延續。並且引入了大膽的配色，給予人視覺上色彩的沖擊力。不需要大面積的石材，鍍鈦金屬，實木皮，或石膏線板，也可以呈現出有品味的質感空間。

The
owner had some vintage furniture they wanted to incorporate into the new home's
space, so they tried to combine a modern feel with metal lighting fixtures and
furniture, creating a continuous blend of old and new atmospheres. Bold color objects
were introduced, providing a visual burst of color impact. It's possible to
achieve a tasteful and textured space without the need for extensive use of
stone, titanium-coated metal, solid wood veneer, or plaster panel modules.

Upon entering the entrance, a combination of a shoe
cabinet, storage cabinet, washing machine, and electric water heater has been
integrated, using simple color and forms blended together. The restroom is situated at
the end of the corridor, hidden behind white walls. The overall space is clean
and neat.

阿爾多·羅西提出‘’城市本身就是人們的集體記憶，就像記憶一樣，它與物體和地點相關聯。城市是集體記憶的所在地。這種場所和市民之間的關係隨後成為城市的主要形象，無論是建築還是景觀，隨著某些構造物成為其記憶的一部分，新的城市形象就成形了。‘’Aldo Rossi proposes that ‘’One can say that the city itself is the collective memory of its people, and like memory it is associated with objects and places. The city is the locus of the collective memory. This relationship between the locus and the citizenry then becomes the city’s predominant image, both of architecture and of landscape, and as certain artifacts become part of its memory, new ones emerge.‘’

8balls 座落在台南安平，與運河相伴，是一個小型商業空間。與常規加盟式飲料店不同的是，空間內規劃了內用區，整體空間從都市角度切入，試圖在古蹟遍佈的安平置入一個精緻個性化的發光盒。Located in Anping, Tainan, 8balls is a small commercial space beside the canals. Different from conventional franchised bubble tea shops, the space is planned with an interior sitting area, and the overall concept is from the perspective of the city, trying to put a delicate and personalized lighting box in Anping, where is surrounded by historic sites.

室內空間通透明亮，櫃檯上方的光盒子延續了室外的語彙，工作檯面以烘培坊的空間形式為原型，使用了白色馬賽克及結晶化玻璃檯面整合了點餐取餐及特色珍珠的製作區域。The indoor space is transparent and bright. The light box above the counter continues the outdoor design language. The work surface is based on the space form of the bakery. White mosaic and crystallized glass countertops are used to integrate the making area of special bubbles, order area and pick up area.

座位區，吧台區，主題牆，騎樓立牌，騎樓座位區則為一系列的幾何體，結合品牌個性，搭配了綠色透明壓克力，不鏽鋼，以及白色肌理塗料豐富了空間的層次，讓空間中活動的人都可以成為一幅風景。

The seating area, bar counter, theme wall, canopy sign, and canopy seating area are all designed as a series of geometric shapes that blend with the brand's personality. They incorporate elements such as green transparent acrylic, stainless steel, and white textured paint to enrich the spatial layers, allowing the people in the space to become part of the overall landscape.

On the bustling Anping Road, beside the canal, the exterior façade has chosen a semi-transparent PC panel, reflecting the essence of the brand's self-confidence. The cladding of stainless steel plate continues the outdoor space to the interior, and the linear lighting connects the arcade with the interior.

本案的業主是由媽媽，女兒和外孫女組成的三代同堂家庭。她們的房子是屋齡14年的中古透天宅，業主希望解決老宅的漏水問題，也希望將房子室內外空間重新整理設計，符合目前家庭結構的使用。

The owner of this case is a three-generation household consisting of a mother, daughter, and granddaughter. Their house is a 14-year-old house. The owners hope to address the issue of water leakage in the old house and redesign the indoor and outdoor spaces to better accommodate their current family living habits.

The design of the three bedrooms has been tailored to the needs of three different age groups, utilizing the existing architectural conditions to integrate space and storage.
